DREAM is a mentoring program designed by Mocha Sisters Organization® to address crucial issues facing African American girls. Participants in the program are exposed to mentors and elements that increase their knowledge of African American heritage, health, dating, etiquette, career choices, self esteem and respect. Sisters Organization® members must demonstrate the state

whether in business or life all actions, members’ are
guided by honesty, ethics, and fairness.
